Can consumers buy these boilers directly from Blodgett?No, you would buy the boiler fully installed from one of our Baxi qualified contractors. 3. Can a Baxi replace my “warm air” furnace? No,  boilers only work in “hot water” systems, either radiant, or baseboard. 4. What is the warranty? The standard warranty is 1 year parts, and 10 years on the heat exchanger.  An optional Extended Warranty is available which increases the parts warranty by 10 years, and includes labor.
